About Us

Founder-Led Organization

With over 20 years of experience as a U.S. Army Special Forces Officer, Brian brings a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments. He has successfully lead both small and medium organizations during operations involving more than 150 personnel, honing his ability to build cohesive teams, drive execution, and adapt under pressure. His focus now is acquiring and operating small to medium-sized businesses, where he applies his leadership and organizational expertise to improve operations, develop strong internal cultures, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Brian is a graguadte from Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s degree in Public Management and is supported by a trusted network of fellow JHU alumni and retired Army Special Forces professionals now thriving in the private sector. His approach to business is grounded in the same values that have shaped his life—faith, family, and service to the community. These principles guided his decisions and leadership style as he works to build enduring companies that create value for employees, customers, and investors alike.
